SUNCRYL® is an eco-friendly acrylic polymer, super ultra-high molecular weight co-polymer. It helps to foam continuous and smooth film on yarn, gives lubricity, and improves the coating of protruding fibre on yarn. It has the ability to associate with starch and provide binding, abrasion resistance, wetting, penetration and adhesion. 1 kg of Suncryl Conc can replace 1.5 to 2 kg of PVA

SUNCRYL is designed to sell to manufacturers of modified starch / one shot sizing products and to customers who are inclined to use sizing products in powder form.

PREPARATION

SUNCRYL^® can be directly poured into the water with under stirring and is continued for approximately 40 minutes after achieving 130°C. It can also be cooked in an open cooker with other ingredients (if required).

DESIZING and ECOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Desizing of this compound is relatively easy. Standard enzyme technique should be followed for complete removal.

SUNCRYL^® is available in multiwall polyethylene bags of 25 Kgs.
